Faculty and Staff Loan Programs
The mortgage loan officer will assist benefit eligible faculty and staff who wish to purchase property in the Hyde Park/Kenwood, Woodlawn and Jackson Park Highlands communities through the Second Mortgage or Co-op down payment assistance program. We also offer the Employer Assisted Housing Program to benefit eligible Jr. Faculty and Staff to assist with the down payment to purchase a home in Hyde Park and neighboring communities.
