HR Generalist Team

The HR Generalist Team serves as your primary HRS contact, facilitating HR services and programs.  By partnering with existing HR staff and/or leadership, we are available to:

  • Develop and deliver customized organizational development solutions;
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that maximize employee performance;
  • Consult with and prepare managers for first-level grievances and complaints;
  • Advise and work with managers on the staffing, recruitment and selection process;
  • Consult with managers on employee relations matters; and
  • Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives including organizational change, communication planning, and restructures.

The goal is to increase our ability to strengthen relationships and assist in the strategic planning of your human resources needs.
