Learning and Organizational Effectiveness

Learning & Organizational Effectiveness (L & OE) provides a wide variety of learning and organizational effectiveness solutions with the highest levels of quality and service. We are dedicated to supporting the University's mission, initiatives and priorities by enhancing the capability of our employees to achieve their objectives and  to further their professional development.

Learning

We are responsible for helping individuals, teams, and leaders across the University find answers to their learning needs.  Our goal is to assist all employees in improving their skills and abilities by presenting a variety of development opportunities and using a range of delivery options.

In addition to offering a broad based curriculum of classes each quarter, we collaborate with departments to design customized learning options that address the unique circumstances that arise in the work of promoting an environment of academic and research excellence.

Organizational Effectiveness

To help departments better support the University's mission and goals in a dynamic environment, we also identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and results of individuals, teams and processes.  We partner with leaders and their teams to develop and implement targeted responses designed to meet their specific needs.
