Registration and Cancellation

Registration Information

To utilize the educational assistance benefit for a Graham School course, you must complete the Course Registration Package with supplementary materials and submit it to Learning & Organizational Effectiveness (L & OE) for eligibility verification. Once an employee's eligibility to receive the tuition benefit is confirmed, the registration package is forwarded to the Graham School for processing and registration confirmation.

If you wish to register for a Graham School course using the educational assistance full tuition benefit, please complete the following forms:

  1. A Course Registration Package
  2. A Form 62 (Interdepartmental Order Form) with the appropriate account number and authorized signature, allowing L & OE to assess the applicable administrative fee for each course listed.

Please be sure to complete all parts of the registration package carefully. Since Learning & Organizational Effectiveness only verifies your benefits eligibility, submitting incomplete paperwork will delay the Graham School in processing your registration.

Hand deliver, mail, or send materials via Faculty Exchange at least one month before the course start date to:
