Customized Courses
From time to time, leaders and team members may find that they have training needs that fall outside of our course categories or needs that are covered in classes that are not currently scheduled.
Learning & Organizational Effectiveness (L & OE) collaborates with University department leaders/supervisors to design and deliver customized training opportunities to help them better meet their individual and departmental goals.
Through a working partnership, we can help leaders/supervisors assess their current training needs as well as identify solutions that will help them meet their objectives.
