The Performance Management Process
The purpose and intent of the University's Performance Management process is to ensure that:
- All employees have clear goals and objectives that are established at the beginning of every year.
- All employees create a Growth & Development plan focused on providing the knowledge and skills to be successful in their current role and supporting their career development objectives.
- All employees receive feedback and coaching about their performance throughout the year.
- All employees participate in a performance appraisal discussion with their manager and receive a documented performance appraisal at the end of the year.
Our Performance Management process is a critical resource for employees and managers to ensure that we build and maintain the capability and capacity that is necessary to support the mission and objectives of a world class, global research University. We work with University leaders to plan, implement, and maximize the results of the Performance Management Process.
