Human Resource Services supports the University of Chicago's academic, research, and civic engagement mission by providing departments a strategic framework that includes information, workplace policies and guidelines, recruitment, training classes, programs, competitive benefits, and consultation services that assist administrators, staff, and faculty in managing and driving their organizational goals. These services are provided in partnership with units in the University.
